Excellent and fast service.. would definitely use them again.. front desk was so organized she made it easy. Waiting in the lobby was comfortable and they were done quickly.

Went to their old location (they moved back in November?) because I'm sentimental like that, and just to confirm they had moved, and then I came to their new location for a smog check (probably the 4th or 5th time I have been to "the smog man"). There wasn't really anywhere to park, but the gentleman who does the smog tests kindly told me where to park and to grab the odometer number. Then I went inside and quickly filled in my paperwork, showed them I checked in on Yelp for a discount, and waited for just a few minutes. Had I been more observant, I would have played their arcade game (!!!!) but instead I stared at my phone for the super short amount of time needed to smog my car. Next year, maybe. Although perhaps I will be by for an oil change soon. Also, these guys are SUPER nice! Bigger team than they had before, but all REALLY professional and friendly. I will be back.

When one of my older cars didn't pass smog at another smog-only shop, I took scheduled an online appointment with the Smog Man and set an appointment. The next day, I dropped off my car, they replaced a few items on my engine, and ran a new test and my car easily passed! Great shop, great service!

It was great, smooth process, awesome waiting area. They didn't mind us having a dog walking around. My daughter was excited to see they had a arcade style video game for her to play. I will be back for all my vehicles.

Shoutout to the receptionist and smog tech who actually took the time to accommodate me on my situation. Long story short before finding them, every other smog shop I called to inquire about my smog couldn't help me over the phone and demanded I show up in person. After showing up to each shop and letting them know my situation they end up telling me they can't smog my car. What a waste of time and gas driving from location to location. My tech 'K' answered my questions over the phone after sending pictures via email. He had me come over. I was greeted right away which is awesome because every other place didn't even acknowledge me after waiting so long. Got my car in and smogged so I can finally transfer title. Great customer service. I wish I had found them sooner so I didn't have to waste half of my day trying to get a smog!
