It was time for my routine oil change. I needed a shop close to home instead of going to my usual shop. First off, customer service here is one of a kind! You are first greeted by Kathy, who guides you step by step of your recommended services. She tells you it will take about 1 hour since it was quite a busy Saturday. While you wait there are complimentary coffee and snacks. After the service was over, she informs you the status of your vehicle and if there was any issues. The whole process was smooth and quick. Smog Man will assist you with all of your auto needs! I will definitely come back again!

This is the second time I've been to this shop. Their new location is in the same general area but much nicer. The space is large with comfortable seating, coffee/snacks, and a TV. The young lady at the front desk is nice, professional, and very knowledgeable about their services. I had a question about a previous service I had done at a nearby auto shop and asked her if she could get on the phone with them. She did and the issue was instantly resolved! I walked in without an appointment and was out of there in 30 minutes! I was able to access a coupon from their website on my phone so the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Went in on a Saturday. I was in and out in 20 mins and was so impressed, I brought in a second vehicle of mine in need of smog test and oil change same day. I got a full report on each vehicle before leaving and price was more than fair. I will be coming back for any test and repair needs.

I visit here frequently and have smogged many cars here. Owner and staff are respectable and do a good job at the services provided. I think more smog shops need to emulate the level of customer service here and wish this place could get the publicity it needs to grow
