Good price and good service. I enjoy the free arcade machine in the waiting room.

The staff is very friendly and comfort waiting room with air condition, complimentary snacks, water, and coffee. I went for smog check and this is the only place provide these many free items. They even check your car and update you what needs to be fixed/changed for free.

I called ahead for my walk in service mid-week. Service was excellent, quick, and courteous. Been with these guys for over a decade. Super clean waiting room.

I was absolutely impressed with my visit to the Smog Man. The establishment was modern, clean, bright and inviting. The employees were friendly and accommodating and the service was quick, efficient and no appointment necessary....I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend the Smog Man for any and all your automotive needs.

Top notch facilities. There's no other smog shop in SanJose with a waiting room as nice as here. Refreshments, big screen TV, and even a table top arcade game! Smog checks are done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service is outstanding. From the initial call to set up an appointment to the end of the smog check, everyone made you feel welcomed and happy to serve you. The shop and office are extremely clean and the complimentary drinks and snack were a nice touch. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants a place they can trust.

Looked all over for a reasonably priced and quick smog check with great customer service, ...and found it! Yeah, I had a coupon, but even if I didn’t I’d probably still go there. Not the easiest place to find, and you should call ahead of time to check how busy they are, but once you’re there, you’re in and out in 15min. I think it’s a husband and wife team, not sure, but they know their stuff. Highly professional and highly recommended.
