Took my car in for a smog and I have to say this is a great place and I'm so glad to have found it. They have the friendliest and most helpful front desk manager, super fast service, and a great waiting room that's very clean and comfortable. Will be definitely coming back and I've already recommended them to a friends and family :)

Highly recommended. The three times we've used Smog Man, they were exceptionally quick, professional and personable. Their facility and waiting room are very clean. When completing the last smog check, they pointed out a few issues on the car for me to monitor.

This is my place for smog check. fast service so far. Friendly customer service. Now they offer complementary snacks and have a large enough waiting room. Also free old school games.

I've taken my car/suv here on several occasions and they always do a professional job in a timely fashion. Great deal as well. And the office staff is super nice.

This place is great! They open early, they are super attentive, the waiting area is amazing, with coffee, snacks, tv, magazines. But most important they seem to know their stuff. I've only used them for smog-checks at the time but I am considering taking my car there for maintenance and repairs the next time I need it. Did I mention they open early? which is a great as I can drop off my car, wait and still make it to work by 8-9.

You can tell they clearly have an intentional and well developed business plan. Kathy is the main customer interface. She has enough knowledge of car repair to put to shame most mechanics at other shops. Her real glow is her advanced customer service skills. She seems like a natural in this role. It is so rare these days to have an organization that respects the need to have an all around highly skilled person like her - exactly where they belong. I found Dhillon’s because I was looking for a shop to finish an incomplete job from another shop. From my first phone call to the time of pickup I was impressed. The cost was clearly estimated, and the completion time delivery was as they promised. The record keeping, communication and data collection is impressively all electronic. Even elements of the repair process are digitally photographed in your file for off-site access! Any questions you have about what the technician saw is easily discussed with images adding to their transparency commitment. If you are looking for a repair shop that has reinvented the local auto repair industry - this is the place. Dhillon’s IS a very special place.
